Dyma’r post cyntaf un i gael ei greu ar y wefan newydd sbon. Y gobaith yw y bydd popeth yn cael ei osod yma mewn Cymraeg a Saesneg!
Bydd Cefin, Rhian a Lowri yn cael ei dynodi fel “awduron” ar y safle, fel y galla nhw gael rhyddid i greu tudalenau a phostau newydd a golygu y rheini sydd wedi eu creu yn barod. Jonathan fel gwefeistr fydd a’r hawliau uchaf dros y safle a’r gallu i newid sut mae’r system “wordpress” (sy’n rhedeg y wefan) yn gweithio gan ychwanegu neu newid ‘widgets’ ac elfenau gwahannol i’r safle a.y.y.b.
Cefin, Rhian and Lowri will be designated as “authors” on the site so they have the freedom to create new pages and posts and edit those that have already been created. As a webmaster for the site, Jonathan will have the highest access rights and the ability to change how the wordpress system (which runs the website) works by adding or changing ‘widgets’ and other elements to the site etc.
Any member of Ysgol Glanaethwy (staff or student) can have their very own @glanaethwy.com email address for £3 per year (to cover hosting fees and allocated space at the server) and will be able to access this email through webmail or directly on their computers or smartphones.
